Great Luau

“If looking for a great luau on the Big Island of Hawai'i go to the one at the Royal Kona Resort. The food was really good, kalua pig cook in an imu then uncovered while we were standing around fire pit. After eating, we were entertained by such talented dancers. Performances representing many pacific islands were great. Of course, the fire dance was performed at the end of the evening.”

Fantastic luau, show and food

“The food was really good. The pork particularly was excellent. The band and host gave us many laughs. The dancers were easy on the eyes and nicely demonstrates the history of the arrivals to Hawaii.”

Royal Kona Resort Luau-best ever!!

“THIS Luau is the BEST on the island! Our 2nd time there- Beautiful evening with seating along the waterfront and amazing views; pictures of sunset while dining. Included is complimentary bottomless mai-tai’s while pork roast is completed & pulled from the earthen oven, tradition. The dancers began at sunset- incredibly talented people with both women’s & men’s performances, with hula & island dancing. Very impressive! Highly recommend upgrade to premium seating & reserved seats—we entered via shorter checkin line & were seated at reserved spot right in front of stage & waterfront!! They take pics for you for a charge, a bit pricey but nice feature. Mahalo!”
